General Terms and Conditions

Below you will find the conditions that apply in case of cancellation. The amounts and percentages shown are to be paid by you.

Non Refundable Rate

In case of cancellation/adjustment of the reservation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.  It is not possible to change the date of your reservation. This policy is strictly applied !

Fully Flexible Rate

Your reservation can be cancelled/amended up to 48 hours before the day of arrival 15h (local time).
The total amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card. If you choose another payment method, please inform the hotel in time!
In case of late cancellation or if you do not show up at the hotel ( = no show ) we will charge the entire stay.  If you have not informed the hotel of your cancellation, the entire reservation will be cancelled.  Even if you leave prematurely, the entire stay will be charged.
In case of no show, the hotel reserves the right to resell your room for the remaining nights. Only written cancellations will be accepted!
We reserve the right to cancel a non-guaranteed reservation.
If you provide a valid credit card number + expiration date or if you transfer 100% of the reservation amount with the reservation name to the following bank account number, your reservation is guaranteed:

It is possible to store your luggage before and after your stay with us. However, the hotel is not responsible for any loss/damage.

Extra beds / Sofa beds are available at 35 EUR / bed / night.
Cots are available at 15 EUR / bed / night.
Please book in advance.

If the hotel finds that you have damaged your hotel room during your stay, the costs will be charged.

Non-smoking inside the hotel

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is therefore prohibited in both the hotel's public areas and in the guest rooms. The hotel shall, in case of violation, be entitled to charge guests EUR 150.00 in compensation for any additional cleaning costs incurred, as well as for loss of earnings if the hotel is unable to re-let the room in question. This also applies to costs incurred by a possible call-out of the fire brigade if a fire alarm is tripped by a guest smoking. The amount of the compensation for damages shall be set higher or lower if the hotel proves that the damages were higher or if the client proves that they were lower..

If items are stolen from the room (decoration, minibar items, ...) they will be charged.

Lost items

The hotel will store lost property for a maximum of 14 days from the date of departure. After this time, these items will no longer be kept.
